How do I know my order has been registered? – An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase. If you do not receive confirmation after placing an order, it may mean that something has gone wrong with your purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance!
Why have I not received an order confirmation? – It may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Contact us at email@example.com to check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
Can I track my package? – Of course, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Make sure to also check your junk mail / spam folder, since emails can sometimes end up there.
Why haven't I received a collection notification? – If you do not receive a collection notification after five days of placing your order, please contact us. It may be because the mobile number provided at purchase is incorrect. Make sure to get in touch with us immediately, since your parcel will only be held at the collection point for 14 days, and we charge 35 Euro / £35 / 35 US Dollars (depending on your currency) for uncollected parcels.
Can I cancel my purchase? – If the products haven´t left our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find out the status of your order.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase? – No, unfortunately we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately at email@example.com it is possible to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once your purchase is cancelled, you can create a new order for the correct products, which means you avoid duplicate orders.
